THE PROCESS

Pacific Transformer’s process is set up to provide you the highest quality, most economical parts with the quickest delivery possible.

• CONTACT US: The first and most important step is that you contact us. Our process begins the minute you call or email Pacific Transformer.
• RFQ: Whether you request a quote for a new power transformer design or an existing part, you should have a price in 48 hours if the part is to be made in the U.S. For offshore manufacturing, pricing generally takes be 3 to 4 days.
• PROTOTYPE: After you receive your pricing the prototyping process begins. This generally takes two weeks or less.
• PRODUCTION: Once we receive approval of the prototypes, the production turnaround time should be two weeks. Asia deliveries are twelve weeks unless you wish to air freight parts to the U.S.
• MANUFACTURING: Our ISO 9000 certified process is central to all manufacturing operations. All our products are made using our UL listed insulation system.
